Bhim Nation president Stoneboy (Etse Satekla) has begged organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA) to extend his ban.

Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale got banned by Charter House after the two disrupted the awards night for some minutes due to personal issues.

They were not spared but also arrested and put before court on a charge of offensive conduct to breach of peace, with an additional charge of displaying a weapon in a public place without permission for Stonebwoy.

At a press conference today at the Golden Tulip hotel in Accra the ‘Nobody’ hitmaker said vividly that, he will love his ban to be extended for three more years to serve as a deterrent to all the young artistes.

“The young ones must know that you can’t just misbehave on an awards stage and go free. Such punishments are good to check musicians. The ban has not affected me in any way but it’s all good for the music industry,” he said.

Not to forget, Madam Theresa Ayoade CEO of Charter House has stated that the newly reconstituted board of the VGMA are yet to meet and decide on whether to include the two in the awards scheme or announce a definite ban to them.
