Veteran Kumawood actor,Akwasi Boadi,who is affectionately known as Akrobeto has given his opinion as to how the Ghana Movie industry can be revived back to the scenes.
The Ghana Movie Industry over the years have been on the verge of collapsing after so many unprecented events and also various criticisms from the public.
Most people criticised Alex Kofi Adu who is popularly known as Agya Koo is the one who is responsible for the collapse of the movie industry.
Clearing the air,Akrobeto explained that Agya Koo is not the cause of the collapse of movie industry rather ‘Dumsor’,which was in the system about eight years ago.
Akrobeto speaking on Peace FM stated that the movie industry can only be revived Samuel Nyamekye of Miracle Films Production.
Akrobeto narrated that Samuel Nyamekye is a man of deep thinking and talents. When it comes to movies he knows how to make his way through in tough situations of this sort.
Adding up to this he narrated how Samuel Nyamekye worked very hard to bring Kumawood to the limelight to take over the Nigerian movies in the country years ago.
However,Akrobeto praised and revered Samuel Nyamekye for helping him from the era of Concert party to this time being the household name in Ghana now.
